Caroline has been working in the recreation industry for over 10 years as a full time professional. From managing a million dollar kayak rental location in Boston, to teaching Festival and Event Planning at UNH, to growing youth recreation programs over 35% in Exeter, Caroline draws from her wide range of experience emphasizing communication, leadership, and customer service to build success.
