3:15-4:15PM The Collaboration Conduit: Turn Communication into Collaboration
If your meetings drift or decisions stall, this session gives you a repeatable system to fix it. You’ll learn the Collaboration Conduit (OPEN: Outline, Personalize, Engage, Navigate) to turn updates into alignment, and the Alignment Lights (Green/Yellow/Red) to catch confusion before it turns into rework. We’ll practice mapping stakeholder impact (staff, community, boards), run OPEN role-plays, and install a 30-minute meeting template you can use tomorrow. The result: faster decisions, clearer ownership, and higher buy-in across levels. Communication is the conduit for collaboration, making the flow visible and people will follow it.
