Seaman and Hartman are leaders (with Dr. Andrew Coppens) of the NH Youth Retention Initiative, a research program designed to deepen understanding of how youth and emerging adults are considered in efforts to retain and recruit young people as a key part of New Hampshire’s community, economic, and workforce development plans.
