Brinn Sullivan & Caroline Neel


Brinn Sullivan, also known as the “parade queen” of Portsmouth, has spent the last 24-years working in the Recreation biz. Brinn is the Assistant Director for Portsmouth Recreation & Senior Services as well as the coordinator for many of the City’s special events. During her tenure, Brinn has been a leading force in bringing the City’s new Senior Activity Center to fruition, played an integral role in two-multimillion-dollar recreation facility renovations, and has designed and implemented hundreds of programs for people of all ages. Brinn has a passion for women’s leadership and recently received Portsmouth’s Chamber Collaborative Celebrate Her award for large businesses.

Caroline Neel is the Recreation Coordinator for Exeter Parks & Recreation, where she oversees a diverse portfolio including youth sports, pickleball, tennis, senior trips, Summer Adventure Camp, and a seasonal staff of 40. With over a decade of experience in recreation management and event coordination, Caroline brings a strong background in youth programming, staff training, and community engagement. She previously held leadership roles at the University of New Hampshire and Charles River Recreation, where she managed large teams, coordinated high-profile events, and developed systems for improved operational efficiency. Caroline holds a B.S. in Program & Event Management from the University of New Hampshire.
