• Tuesday Package Rates - Includes lodging, AM & PM Breaks, Buffet Dinner, Buffet Breakfast (for 1/14/2025 - 1/15/2025)
• Wednesday Package Rates - Includes lodging, AM & PM Breaks, Buffet Lunch, Buffet Dinner, Buffet Breakfast (for 1/15/2025 - 1/16/2025)
• 2-Day Package Rates - Include lodging on Tuesday & Wednesday Night, AM & PM Breaks on Tuesday & Wednesday, Buffet Lunch on Wednesday, Buffet Dinners on Tuesday & Wednesday, Buffet Breakfast on Wednesday & Thursday (1/14/2025 - 1/16/2025)

Reservations for room and meal packages can be made directly with the hotel by calling 603-374-6700 email the reservation department reservation@grandsummitattitash.com.  Be sure to reference the group name Northern New England Recreation & Parks 2025 to receive the package rate.

Deposit Policy:
For bookings made 14 days or more prior to arrival on a multiple night stay, a deposit of 50% of the reservation value is due at time of booking, that is for the cost of the package, not just the room. The remaining balance will be charged 14 days prior to arrival on credit card given at time of booking. For one night stays full payment is due at time of booking. For bookings made 14 days or less prior to arrival, full payment is due and includes a $75 non-refundable booking fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Individual reservations must be canceled 8 days prior to arrival for deposit to be refunded minus a $75 cancellation fee. Reservations will automatically lose 100% of deposit if cancelled inside the 7 days prior to arrival. Early departures will be billed for full reserved stay.
